I’ve been searching for a new workout around town, and I’ve found it!!! I had the opportunity to try CycleBar Germantown with my Bluff City Lights girls (Alex, Mary, and Megan) and let me tell you, it was killer… and I mean that in the best way. I loved the high energy from the second you walked in the door. After 20 years of high impact gymnastics and cheerleading I was looking for something with low impact. The resistance training combined with the cycling was just what I’ve been searching for. There were so many smiles, high fives, and the best music. I will definitely be making CB a part of my regular routine.
